NISL Game Change Policy

1. Contact your opponent - try to come to an agreeable new date and/or time. (Contact information for each team is listed under the CONTACTS link at this website.

   Contact the field coordinator and the referee assignor to make sure they can accommodate your request.

2. Once your opponent, the field coordinator for the new location (date and/or time), and the referee coordinator for the new location (date and/or time) have all agreed on the change. Log on to your GOTSOCCER team account. Open your NISL event.

3. Click on the tab labeled SUPPORT (farthest tab to the right).

4. Click on OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET. Select from the drop down problem menu SCHEDULE.

5. In detail, listing game number, opponent, division, old date, new date, new location, and new time - enter the game change information and click SUBMIT. DO NOT SUBMIT UNTL YOU HAVE COMPLETE APPROVAL BY ALL PEOPLE IN STEP 1 and STEP 2.

This will send a notification to the league of the game change. Once the change is complete, you will see the change in the schedule and will receive a note back in this SUPPORT TICKET area for the status of the game change. NOTE: it does not help to sent multiple requests for the same game - that only means we have more to read and it takes longer to process. If you see the message in your SUPPORT TICKET AREA, we see the message - DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE TIMES, DO NOT SEND A SEPERATE E-MAIL.

Previously, Game changes made after the final schedule release incurred additional referee fees being paid by the requesting team. This became confusing to the teams. EFFECTIVE 4-19-09 - ANY NEW GAME CHANGE REQUEST SUBMITTED AFTER 8-28-2009 (FInal Schedule Release Date) must be submitted through GotSoccer and a $75 fee paid directly to the league. The team requesting the game change will be responsible to pay the fee.
